Balcony Women for Widows Dinner Volunteers

We are recruiting volunteers for our Thursday, February 9th Widow Dinner Event. We would love for you to join us!

Thursday, February 9th

5:30-7:30pm

Asbury Church, Tulsa, OK
Community Life Center (CLC)
6767 South Mingo Road, Tulsa, OK 74133

We will need help in the kitchen plating food (we hired a dishwasher), table hosts, welcome area, and set up. We would also like to have a designated volunteer(s) in case health issues arise. If you are a nurse, doctor, EMT, or First Responder with medial training, please let us know. Your assigned volunteer position and instructions will be emailed to you prior to the event. The event begins at 5:30. Volunteers will need to arrive early. Please contact Melissa Phenicie with any questions at melissa@balconywomen.com.

We will be collecting $5 gift cards the night of the event. If you wish to participate, just drop your card into the card basket in the back of the CLC. Give cards are used to bless our widows on their birthday. Gift card examples include: Sonic, Braums, Starbucks, etc. In Kind forms for you donation, will be located next to the basket. THANK YOU!
